You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and with our own brand. We will not accept returns with your brand logo on it. Your item must have a defect to be eligible to a return and refund. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your request with picture of the defect to customer services.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You have a time frame of 2 hours after your order has been done to be able to cancel your order and automatically be refunded. Once the two hours have elapsed, you must proceed to request a refund. (see return and refund policy).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. In the event that you want a size change, we will assume the cost of shipping.
